Tariq Geiger is a man who became a vigilante after being irradiated due to a nuclear explosion.

Nuclear War
On July 4, 2030, he and his family went to a shelter, because of the possibility of nuclear strike. His neighbours followed them, shot Tariq on the foot, he left outside the shelter and then the nuke explode, it didn't kill him, it changed him. For the next 20 years he protected the shelter so no one opens it, and one day when the air is breathable he'd open it to be with his family again.[1]
